Will outdoor sessions still take place in bad weather?

I will check in with you on the morning of our session to discuss the weather, If we are both happy to proceed then this may be possible. If this isn't possible we can transfer to an online platform or reschedule.

Will people be able to hear us?

The destinations where the sessions take place are very open and quiet.

What happens if we bump into someone I know?

As Shrewsbury is a small town from time to time either of us may come across someone we know. We will discuss what you would like me to do if this was to happen.

Do I need to be fit?

Not at all. There are many benches on the route on all of the walks. We can sit for the entire session if preferred.

What should I wear?

Whatever you feel comfortable in. I would recommend trainers or walking boots (if you have them) and a warm coat, especially in the winter.

Isn't it less personal?

This isn't my experience. In fact many clients have stated it feels more personal as I am talking to them in their home.

Is there parking?

Unfortunately the centre does not provide parking, however there are car pars near by

What happens when I get there?

There is a waiting room as you enter, I will meet you there.

Are there toilets?

Yes there are some near the waiting room and also some by our room.
